McDonalds Bolton, China Gardens

The full renovation of the McDonalds franchise, situated on Derby Street in Bolton, has recently been completed and handed over.

This incredible project was turned around; start to handover, in five weeks – a phenomenal effort from all involved; to turn around a project of this scale in this time really is testament to the entire site team.

Our works on site began with SFS walls, metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, MF ceilings and plastering, but quickly doubled in value to include for fire-stopping works and bulkheads, to name a few.

July brought to an end our busiest month with McDonalds, with August and September forecasting more of the same.
