Halliwell Jones BMW, Chester

Coming to its completion later this month, March 2016, the Halliwell Jones BMW garage in Chester has been an impressive project consisting of a large extension and overhaul of an existing garage, to almost double in size.
Contract works on site were ranging, with metal stud partitions, wall linings, MF ceilings, highly specified suspended ceilings and plastering.
On site, we picked up many variations to the above contract works, consisting of column and beam encasements, fire protection, vapour, fire and smoke barriers, fitting access panels, rendering and bulkheads.
The works were a part of a £1.5million development.
